How do we receive TBN Europe?
Please look at our "Tuning" page for details of how to receive TBN Europe if you live in Europe, Central to Western Russia, the Middle East or North Africa.

I can only get TBN Europe in Italian. How do I get the English channel?
You are not watching TBN Europe! You are watching TBNE (TBN in Italian) from the Eutelsat Hotbird 3 digital satellite
at 13 degrees east. TBN Europe broadcasts in digital on Eurobird at 28.5 degrees east. If you have just changed from an analogue to digital decoder box, but not moved your dish, you will only receive TBNE (Italian). To see TBN Europe in digital, you will have to move your dish. Please see our tuning details.

I need help setting up my satellite dish and box.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer assistance in setting up your dish and decoder box. Please refer to the instructions supplied with your equipment or the person who made the installation. All tuning information can be found by clicking here, or the main TBN tuning page.

How do I get a programme schedule?
There are three ways to get our schedule. 1) Just look at our schedule page. 2) You can send an e-mail to us, and our server will automatically send you a schedule to your e-mail address in a few seconds. (click here) 3) You can receive our schedule weekly.

I have stopped receiving my weekly schedule.
Your weekly schedule should be received by Sunday night at the latest. If you have not received your schedule for a couple of weeks, Your name could have been removed from the list. This can be because a previous attempt to send you a schedule was returned because (for example) your e-mail account was stopped, or your mailbox was full. Click here to try and subscribe again.

I don't want the weekly schedule to be sent to me anymore.
Full details of how to stop having weekly schedules sent to you are on the top of your schedule e-mail. Click here to go to the subscription page. Enter your e-mail address, click "Stop sending me schedules" and then click "Submit my request". You must use the same e-mail address that the e-mails are being sent to.

I have changed my e-mail address for weekly schedules.
If you want to change the address where your weekly schedule e-mail is sent, first you must cancel the subscription on the e-mail address the schedule is currently being sent to.  Click here to go to the subscription page. Enter your e-mail address, click "Stop sending me schedules" and then click "Submit my request". You must use the same e-mail address that the e-mails are being sent to. Now, start a new subscription by entering your new details here.

Do you only broadcast in English?
TBN Europe is seen from Europe to the Middle East to North Africa, and there are many different languages in those areas. We have a number of foreign language programmes in Dutch, Farsi/Persian, French, German, Romanian and Urdu/Hindi in early morning and afternoon. Please see our schedule for information.

Can I get a copy of a programme on video which I have seen?
Unfortunately we are currently unable to sell copies of programmes on video. This is due to copyright reasons as well as problems with there being different television standards around the world. We also cannot supply transcripts of programmes. You may be able to get copies of non TBN produced programmes by contacting the relevant ministries directly - we cannot supply these.

How does TBN exist financially?
Since Paul and Jan Crouch first started TBN in America, TBN has relied only two sources of income. 1) Some of the ministries you watch pay for their air-time. However, this does not pay for the whole of the costs, not only for airing programmes, but for making other first class programmes which do not receive any income when they are shown. Also, TBN can now be seen all around the world - there is a satellite covering every nation. To pay for the extremely large expense of this, we rely greatly on donations from viewers - you help keep TBN on the air. Please e-mail us if you want to help us financially, or you can donate on-line using your credit card. Click here for more details.

I would like to help TBN send the Gospel around the world.
You can give to TBN in many ways. If you would like to partner with TBN Europe, you can contact us, or give by credit card securely on-line by clicking here.

I don't like your music for youth. Why do you show it?
Like myself and most people, there are some programmes you love, and some you don't like so much. The main thing is that we have to provide for everyone - including "non-religious" people. Some people have been going through the different channels, and been interested in the music they see. They have later gone back to our channel, and seen a different programme (not music) where the message given actually brings that person into a relationship with God, and saves them from an eternity in hell (see our Gospel page). I know the music is not to everyone's taste, but the above is precisely the reasons we air the programmes. The answer given from a very well known worldwide evangelist when asked why he allowed "modern music" in some of his crusades was, "When I go to a foreign country, I use a translator. Today's music is the language of today's generation".

I need contact details for a ministry I have seen.
Try our links page. Here there are some links, but you can also access TBNs comprehensive Address Book too.

How do I get a book, video etc I have seen offered?
Most offers you will see on TBN Europe are made by at the end of a programme by a ministry. To get the offer shown, you must contact the relevant ministry directly using the information given on screen. TBN also offers love gifts for partnering with us, and are given as a "thank you" to our partners - they cannot be bought.

Is Megiddo available outside the U.S.?
You can purchase Megiddo from stores in the U.S. or on U.S. websites (such as Amazon.com). There may be stores outside the U.S. where Megiddo can be purchased, but we cannot help you find a store.

If you decide to buy Megiddo you should know that:

The video is only available in the American NTSC format. This means that to view the video, you must have a fairly modern video player which says it has "NTSC Playback". Most new models do, but check on the front of your video player or it's manual to see if it has this capability.

The DVD is "region 1 encoded" which means that it will not work on normal DVD players outside the U.S. or Canada. Europe and the Middle East are region 2. Russia is region 5. Some (specially available or modified) DVD players are "multi-region" and so will not have a problem. Again, check the manual. If you are using a computer DVD player, you can normally change the region that the drive will play. However, note that you can normally only change the region up to 5 times and then you are stuck with the region you made on the 5th change.

After all this, should you still decide to purchase either the video or DVD, your best choice would be from Amazon.com. The page for the Megiddo video or DVD is http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/103-2768670-8615853 You should also be aware of shipping charges outside of the U.S. These can be found at http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/browse/-/596184/103-2768670-8615853 where you can select the region you live. You will also need a credit card to make your booking.

Once again, Megiddo is not available from the TBN Europe offices. There are not at present any known dates for distribution outside the U.S. and Canada.

Megiddo has been shown on TBN Europe and will again in the future, although no dates are currently known.
